Hello!

I’ve lived in Bristol for 40 years as a professional engineer, coach and transformational strategist and also as a dad and a friend. I’ve asked lots of gentle questions and seen surprising things happen. I’ve often introduced myself informally at workshops and conferences as a court jester. I now wear the hat officially.

I left Rolls-Royce amicably in March 2011 to focus for a while on family and friendships – after 35 years it was the least I could do.

I also wanted to focus more on what I really enjoy and how I can help others most effectively.
